Every score, hazard flag and household verdict is computed on your device against published public standards: IARC, EFSA, California Prop 65 and Open Food Facts. Manufacturers and investors get no say in the outcome, because the outcome isn’t ours to sell.
Your data stays yours
Scan photos are never kept. They generate your result and are gone. Your household profiles live only on your device. We don’t broker, rent or sell your data to anyone. Independence cuts both ways: no one buys influence, and no one buys you.
Independence is the whole product. The day a verdict can be bought is the day What2Know stops being worth opening, so we built it to never be for sale.
